To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the parcel.
The only condition is that the product will be returned in its original condition which means it was not used.
If you need to return an item of goods, please contact customer service via the contact form immediately after the delivery.
Specify your order number, the products you want to return, and the reason you want to return it.
We will reply to you and give the address to send the product.
Used items will not be accepted.
The goods must be returned intact, with the original packaging and as soon as possible.
On returned goods shipping and packaging costs are paid by buyers.
You can return new unwrapped products sold by MadeLinens within 14 days from delivery for a full refund.
If you received a damaged or a defective product – take a photo of the defect and send it to us.
Please note that the colors that we see on the display are utterly dependent on the settings and the type of monitor and camera the pictures were made with.
We use only professional photos to show our customers the most real colors.
But we are not responsible for the subjective perception of colors.
Color perception is not the return reason.
